If you take five things from this chapter
1. The answer is bounded by the context. Attach the document, paste the numbers, name the constraints, say what a good answer looks like. Do this before judging any AI response as "generic."
2. Keep a legibility gap list. Every time Claude misses something only your organization knows, write it down. That list is your capture backlog for the whole course.
3. Your history is a record, not a chat log. Conversations are saved and searchable across every device — search before you re-solve something you solved last week.
4. Locate yourself on the ladder. Score your team L0–L5 honestly, then aim only at the next level. Getting to L2 (legible) is the hard one; everything after is incremental.
5. Use your tutor. The prompt on every lesson page turns Claude into a course tutor that adapts examples to your work. Confusion is a prompt away from being fixed.
